Wok Thai Red Curry

I'm on the so called LCHF-diet at the moment (Low carb high fat) Though I try to keep the fat semi-high. Mostly because I don't like my food too greasy.
Anyway I found this really great wok the other day and I just wanted to give it some free commercial-time here on my blogg. Really yummy with chicken and only 4,5 carbs per 100g!
And the diet works! I've only been on it for about 10 days and I already lost 2kilos (4lbs)! Yey!
